As of 1 July 2018, Jiří Huplík became a new CTO of Advanced World Transport (AWT), member of the PKP CARGO Group, who was in a position of AWT Deputy Director of Technology. He replaced Bohumil Bonczek who as of 30 June 2018 ended his work in the companies and bodies of the AWT Group. Jiří Huplík was delegated to perform the position of CTO until 31 December 2018.
Jiří Huplík has been working in AWT since 2009, whereas he was in a position of Deputy Director of Technology until 30 June 2018. Before he joined AWT, he worked in OKD Rekultivace, later AWT Rekultivace, since 1986, where he held positions of foreman, production manager and deputy production director. Since 1999 he had been a Director and BOD Chairman of that company. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Technology in Brno.

At the same time, on 1 July 2018, Ivan Ružbacký was appointed new member of the Board of Directors.
