On 1 February 2020, Radka Dluhá was appointed the new Chief HR Officer of PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL with the responsibility of managing the company’s Human Resources Department and HR processes within the PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL Group. She will also closely coordinate HR processes and standards with the Human Resources Department of the parent company PKP CARGO.
Prior to joining PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL Group, Radka Dluhá worked in managerial-level human resources for companies such as Advantage Consulting and Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc, and in 2017 she was named HR & Hiring Manager Czech Republic for EDYMAX Personal Management SE. She is a graduate of VSB – Technical University of Ostrava.
“Her managerial experience, expertise and qualifications in human resources give her an excellent background for managing all the projects, objectives and tasks of that Human Resources Department requires,” said Maciej Walczyk, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL.
