The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring informs that on 20 December 2024, as a result of the qualification procedure, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution appointing new members of the Company’s Management Board.
The position of Chairman t is held by Ms Agnieszka Wasilewska-Semail. The Management Board also includes Mr Artur Warsocki, Mr Sebastian Miller and Mr Paweł Miłek.
Ms Agnieszka Wasilewska-Semail will take up the position of Chairman of the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring as of 19 January 2025.
Mr Artur Warsocki will take up the position of Management Board Member for Commercial Affairs of PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring on 1 February 2025.
Mr Sebastian Miller will take up the position of Management Board Member for Operations of PKP CARGO S.A. w in restructuring on 1 January 2025.
Mr Paweł Miłek will take up the position of Management Board Member for Restructuring at PKP CARGO S.A. in restructuring on 1 January 2025.
