Please let us inform you that AWT ROSCO a.s., which is a member of the PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL Group (formerly AWT) will demerge on 31 December 2019 and the fleet of vehicles managed by AWT ROSCO a.s. a part of their employees and services provided by them will be transferred to the parent company PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL a.s.
From 31 December 2019 all leases, repairs, maintenance and management of railway carriages will be provided only by PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL a.s. as part of the PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL Group. AWT ROSCO a.s. will continue providing only services relating to cleaning of railway carriages, tanks, tank trucks, containers etc. at Vypařovací a desinfekční stanice (Steam and Disinfection Station) in Bohumín. In relation to the above mentioned, the contractual relationships connected with leases, repairs, maintenance and management of railway carriages will pass to PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL a.s. Please enter PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL a.s. in tax documents, invoices, contracts and other documents regarding these services that will be issued after 31 December 2019.

The demerger of AWT ROSCO a.s. and transfer of assets and a part of the services to the parent company PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL a.s. are carries out as part of the Strategy of the PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL Group for the years 2019 and 2020 and the process of comprehensive organizational and business optimization and enhancement of the efficiency of the companies in the Group. The prime goal of our strategy is to provide our customers with faster, more reliable, quality and comprehensive services in the field of railway and combined transportation, including services related to the lease and management of the vehicle fleet.
