The aim of the track services centre is the ensuring of comprehensive services in the field of maintenance and construction of own track structure of the AWT Group, and we also perform the construction and maintenance of sidings and other railway infrastructure for external customers.
We also ensure all expert services and work on railway track structure and track bed, communication or safety equipment, construction of associated roads or demolition work.
Long-term experience is supported by high-quality, professional, trained personnel. We also have specialised modern machinery and extensive support structures, including an assembly base in Karviná which allows us to perform all services in an exceptionally qualified manner. Long-term or short-term hire of specialised machinery is also a part of the provided services.
In the field of railway and track constructions we offer a broad portfolio of comprehensive and professional services,including the professional preparation of a project and intention, pricing, complete construction and subsequent administration:
- Construction and reconstruction of rail yards, and vehicular and pedestrian crossings
- Construction of hardstanding, drainage systems and utility infrastructure
- Construction and reconstruction of special rail constructions (crane, tram and narrow-gauge tracks)
- Regular maintenance of tracks and points
- Measuring tracks and points using KRAB equipment
- Hire of track machinery (ASP 08 tamping machine, Liebherr two-way machines), the transport of material and rail vehicles or handling of track material
- Repairs and servicing of small track machinery, including potential lending of replacement machine while a customer’s machine is being repaired
- Assembly, maintenance and repair of communication and safety equipment, installation of radio equipment
