On 1 April 2016, Žaneta Sigmundová will assume the role of Human Resources Director at AWT Group. She has been part of the personnel at AWT since 2014. Her main priority will be to lead the AWT Group HR department and coordinate HR processes with the main shareholder, Europe’s second largest rail freight transport operator, PKP CARGO Group.
Prior to joining AWT, Žaneta Sigmundová worked as a Human Resources Manager at pharmaceutical company Walmark and served in positions at production company Henniges Automotive and energy group RWE. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing HR projects related to recruitment, development and talent management.
“The managerial experience she has acquired throughout her professional career, along with her expert knowledge and skills in the field of human resources and her overview of our whole group, provide an excellent foundation for managing all project objectives and tasks which require HR department management,” said Zbigniew Klepacki, AWT’s CEO, commenting on the appointment of the new Human Resources Director.
Žaneta Sigmundová will succeed current Human Resources Director Ilona Urbanová, who is leaving to continue her career outside the AWT Group.
